BRUTUS looks back on an awesome year!

Brutus looks back with satisfaction: “To sum up 2022 we can say: it was an amazing year in which Brutus welcomed over 15.000 visitors. We collaborated with 192 national & international artists. We showed around 650 pieces of art; from sculpture to performance, from drawing to video installation. More than 180.000 screws were used to make sure all the artworks would stay in their place.”

Brutus offered artists time, space and freedom to experiment, perform and exhibit at a massive scale, but also on a small scale. The smallest artpiece was 4cm2 (Kleintjes by Alexandra Phillips) and one of the largest was 70m2 (Forever and Forever by Tommy Malekoff). More than 50 pieces of art where sold. We were interviewed by various national newspapers for 17 articles when we started operating under our new name Brutus in March. Brutus was also mentioned in numerous newsletters, publications, blogs and other media.

Brutus worked together with many partners: “Also inspiring funds and above all many great artists!
